On this week's Got Your Eers On?, we talk about the bounce back week for WVU Hoops with a win on the road at Iowa State before coming home to grab a great home victory over Baylor, we try to figure out how disruptive the Corona Virus might be to March basketball tournaments, and celebrate a WVU Baseball no hitter, and welcome some old friends back to the WVU Football coaching staff. Segment 1: Basketball

WVU wins over Iowa State

• Were we happy or sad?!

  First Half

• Weirdo rotations again for a long span, smh. Good thing ISU isn’t very good...
• I’d press the crap out of this Iowa St team regardless of how well you think you can do it. They suck.
• Nice to see them actually hit some shots for a change, and should’ve hit a ton more with those missed layups.
• We’re 4-9 from 3. 👀

  Second Half

• This looks more like it...super crappy 2nd half so far...
• They’re up 20-4 this half. Is that bad? Feels bad.

WVU wins over Baylor

• we are ecstatic!

  First Half

• Big energy in the coliseum
• Chase Harler got engaged on the court before the game
• Storm Chasers are in town.
• It was 9-0 Baylor, then 19-11 WVU.
• Some bad calls to end the half, but by all accounts we’re shooting “well”, 9-26 (4-5 from three!).

  Second Half

• Rotations?! What's are we doing?!
• The guys that were 4-5 from 3 are cemented to the bench.
• Taz leaves with what looks like an ankle sprain (but says he's fine).
• I love determined Emmitt!
• Huge Oscar dunk, then a HUGER Deuce dunk!

  Other Basketball

• That Tx road trip losing those two games to Tx and TCU was a complete disaster.
• Emmitt's got the guys getting loose!
• We're on to the Big 12 tournament.

Segment 2: Corona Virus / Big 12 / NCAA

• Do we see the tournament(s) stay scheduled as planned, or...?

Segment 3a: Baseball No-Hitter!!!

• WVU is 10-5 this season and have won 5 of their last 6 games
• Including a 4 pitcher combined No Hitter last Wednesday against Kent State in Morgantown.
• They start Big12 Conf games this weekend at Texas Tech and Home next weekend vs Kansas.
• Team Leaders
  • Brandon Zarbnisky is hitting .435 with a team leading 27
  • Zarbnisky also leads the team with 13 stolen bases
  • Zarbnisky also has the only 2 saves this season for WVU
  • Matt McCormick and Paul McIntosh each have 3 HR
  • McIntosh has 14 RBIs

Segment 3b: Spring Football Time

• Big get for Neal Brown on the recruiting trail.
  • Wyatt Milum is a HS Junior Commit and grad in 2021 (6'6 280lbs)
    • 4 Star Offensive Tackle from Spring Valley (Huntington)
    • Got offers from Bama, Cinci, Florida State, Georgia
• Jeff Casteel returning to the staff. He is from the PC!
