  • Matthews hits only 3pt in 1st Half...WVU 1-10.
  • Oscar finishes with a Double Double...12pts and 15Reb.
  • Matthews with 13pt and Culver with 18pt.
  • Bridges and Sherman with 6pts.
  • Johnson has 5 points in mop up time...
  • McBride looks like a point guard today...with 9pts and 5 assists.

  • Isaiah Cottrell's injury is a torn achilles, and he is out for the season.

WVU @ Oklahoma, Loss, 75-71.

  • Jalen Bridges gets the start in place of Oscar...and has a phenomenal game.
    • Finishes 7-9 (5-6 from three), 19 points.
    • Only reason we even had a pulse in the first half.
  • McBride and McCabe on the court at the same time...Deuce playing the #2 spot.
  • Oklahoma jump out big with a mid 1st half 11-1 run on WVU...
  • WVU Down 38-20 at the Half.
  • We witnessed one of the most chicken bleep double technical calls ever in this game.
  • WVU brings it to only down 5 with 12 min left in the game.
  • Taz owns the 2nd Half...WVU down by 3.
  • Taz finishes with 19 (4-6 from three) alongside Bridges to lead WVU scorers.
  • Culver not playing much 2nd half... Where is he under 2mins Still on the bench.
    • DC finishes with 2 points, 6 rebounds in 22 minutes.
  • WVU made a good effort, but being down 18 at the half was rough...They came back to tie up, but never got the lead back, and drop one to OU on the road.
  • Bridges has a breakout game!
  • WVU shot insanely well from behind the arc for the game.
  • Umoja Gibson, transfer from noted basketball powerhouse North Texas, comes off the bench to score 29 for OU including 8 three pointers. This is normal.

WVU @ Oklahoma State, Win, 87-84.

  • Starting with 4 Guard play again.. with Bridges, Matthews, McNeil, and McBride.
  • Culver gets Double/Double in first half.
    • Finished with a rare 22 point, 19 rebound game.
  • Down By 10pts at half.
  • A lot of people on Twitter admitting they went to bed at halftime...
  • Scoot doesn't like the name "Ice" Likele... it is Issac.
  • Down by 19 with 11 mins left.
  • "A comeback for the ages".
  • Hugs gets 300th win as WVU coach.
  • Great games by Culver, McBride, Taz and Johnson.
    • Kedrian Johnson finished with the best +/- for WVU, 9 points, and Huggs is already talking about more playing time for him.
    • Deuce, 21 points, including the two crucial 3's late.
    • Taz, 20 points.



  • WVU vs Army in the Autozone Liberty Bowl in Memphis!
  • Then He enters the portal for another transfer and year to play Football.
  • WVU vs USA...
  • Doege spend a decade looking for someone to pass to...Leddie was begging for the pass...Doege throws to the other team.
  • Meet me there beat me there...gets an offsides...Stills brothers cranked up to play...last game together.
  • WVU can’t get it in the end zone...Sumpter kicks for 3...after missing his first. 3-0 WVU.
  • Darius a little pumped up....offsides again.
  • Army QB runs in after getting lots of free yards on that series and Army leads 7 - 3.
  • I like the end zone design.
  • TJ Simmons catches a pass for a TD 10 - 7 WVU.
  • Doege stinks...what was he thinking...tuck the ball.
  • 2nd half starts with Army pushing down the field and scoring a TD 21 - 10.
  • Austin Kendall takes over at QB...takes WVU down the field and passes to Olaughlin for TD.
  • Onside kick and Alonzo Addae gets the ball!! BOOM!
  • Austin Kendall throws a great pass to TJ Simmons to take the lead...
  • 2 pt con puts us up 24-21.
  • Defense holds....and get interception....WVU wins liberty bowl!
  • TJ Simmons is the MVP of the Liberty Bowl, and announces he is not coming back next year.
  • The Juice Squad Band was pumped up.
  • WVU becomes the first team to overcome a double digit lead against Army in 61 games.
  • Neil Brown is 4 - 0 in his head coaching career in Bowl Games... and wins his first with WVU.
  • Darius Stills is a 1st team AP all American.... first one WVU has had since 2012 (Tavon Austin).
  • Zach Frazier is a freshman All American.
  • Leddie Brown goes over 1,000 yards. First player to do so since 2017.
